These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and amjli ("amjli", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the amjli website located at amjli.net and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By clicking "Register", completing the registration process, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any feature of the amjli platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and must not attempt to register an account.

amjli reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the amjli platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with the minimum age requirement for online gambling mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law at the time of placing any wager or accessing any game.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of amjli or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or business partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from amjli or any affiliated platform, or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from a gambling addiction that impairs your ability to make informed decisions about your wagering activity.

amjli reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the amjli platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, amjli reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

When completing the registration form, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in the Philippines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. You must promptly notify amjli of any changes to your registered details by contacting the support team via live chat. amjli accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your amjli login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions and wagers placed via your account.

If you suspect that a third party has gained access to your account without your authorisation, you must contact amjli support immediately via the live chat function on the platform. amjli cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to notify us promptly.

amjli operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. All players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals can be processed and, in some circumstances, before deposit limits are raised.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, or voter's ID).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name, or a bank statement).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, as instructed by the verification team.

amjli reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend account access pending the satisfactory completion of verification procedures. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold and may result in account restrictions.

amjli supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, InstaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed in the amjli cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. amjli strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Where a third-party payment is detected, the deposit may be reversed, the associated account may be suspended, and the matter may be referred to the relevant financial institution or regulatory authority.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on a business day will ordinarily be processed the same business day, subject to verification and security checks.
• amjli reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above threshold amounts.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• amjli reserves the right to apply a cooling-off period of up to five business days for withdrawal requests that trigger enhanced due diligence checks.

amjli does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, cryptocurrency wallets other than USDT via the TRC20 network. Deposits sent via unsupported networks or to incorrect wallet addresses cannot be recovered and will not be credited to your account.

amjli offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all amjli bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only, and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or device.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire automatically after the validity period lapses.
• amjli reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any statutory rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

All games available on the amjli platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the records held by amjli's gaming system shall be deemed conclusive, subject to any manifest error.

amjli uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers operating under controlled conditions. amjli does not guarantee any particular outcome, return to player percentage, or winning probability for any game.

If a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error occurs during a game round, amjli reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wager placed on that round to the player's account balance. In the event of a dispute arising from a technical error, amjli's decision following investigation shall be final.

Wagers placed in error cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed within the game interface. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their wager before confirming. amjli accepts no liability for wagers placed in error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the amjli platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the amjli platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner that gives you an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents platform security measures.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy intended to defraud amjli or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your amjli account through your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing amjli staff, support agents, live dealers, or other players.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the amjli platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to amjli support immediately.

All content on the amjli platform — including but not limited to the amjli name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, graphics, game content, text, and data — is the intellectual property of amjli or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the amjli platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of amjli.

Any unauthorised use of amjli's intellectual property may result in the termination of your account and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, amjli shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the amjli platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or gaming credits resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond amjli's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to service arising from scheduled or emergency platform maintenance.
• Any decisions made by you based on information or statistics provided on the platform, including odds, game histories, or statistical data.

amjli makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude amjli's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

amjli collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the amjli Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering an account on amjli, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

amjli uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you regarding your account and available promotions. amjli will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date, as displayed at the top of this page, shall be the version in force and shall supersede all prior versions.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and amjli arising from or related to your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting amjli support via the live chat function. amjli will endeavour to acknowledge and respond to all formal complaints within five business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty calendar days of a formal complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests.
